Overview & Information We Collect
TaskScore provides team task tracking and performance tools. Last updated: July 18, 2026.
We collect account information such as name, email address, role, and profile photo. We collect workspace data including tasks, grades, performance metrics, notices, and company settings. Firebase Authentication manages authentication credentials. We receive purchase and subscription status through Apple and RevenueCat; we do not store full card numbers. When reminders are enabled, we collect device notification tokens.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate TaskScore, authenticate users, sync workspace data across the service, deliver reminders and notifications, process subscriptions, and improve reliability and customer support.
Data Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate TaskScore: Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage, and RevenueCat for subscription management. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & Deletion
We retain information while an organization uses TaskScore. To request deletion, contact us at socialenterprisesapps@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed for fraud prevention or billing.
Security & Children's Privacy
We use industry-standard protections to safeguard information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. TaskScore is intended for workplace use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Your Choices & Contact
You can update your profile in the app, manage notification permissions in iOS Settings, and manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For questions or deletion requests, contact socialenterprisesapps@gmail.com.
